SHARE OFFICERS
There are so many people behind the scenes that make things happen for SHARE. Here is the 2012/2013 board members. Say hello to them when you see them out on the trails.

The President
Steve Larson
SHARE President for the past year, previously Steve has been also been the SHARE Secretary 3 years and has been a SHARE member over 10 years. Steve is a tireless contributor to improving trails and mountain biking throughout Orange County and was the key contributor in making the IMBA and SHARE partnership a reality. Steve and his wife Carolyn reside in Irvine.

Vice President
Paul Miller
SHARE President for 3 years and Vice President for 5 years and Park Representative for 8 years (Peters Canyon and Santiago Oaks Regional Park). Paul has been instrumental in increasing the visibility of SHARE in the MTB community and in the county parks. Paul’s favorite SHARE memory: ”End-of-Season parties in the El Moro Parking lot. Especially the games. Ghost Ride. Fill the bucket with water bottle race. Two people, squeezing water bottles between their knees (no hands), whoever filled the bucket first won.” Paul can be seen navigating his single speed rigid mountain bike on father/daughter rides with Liberty.

Secretary
Brad Larkins
SHARE Secretary for the past year. Brad has been involved as SHARE park representative for both Laguna Canyon Wilderness Park and Crystal Cove State Park an was awarded the Golden Poppy award by the State of California for being an outstanding. Brad has authored SHARE’s REI grants that has significantly contributed to the construction of new trails and habitat restoration in both county and state parks in Orange County. Brad and his wife Chris reside in Newport Beach.

Treasurer
Ken Rands
SHARE treasurer for the 6 years and SHARE member for 12, Ken also serves as the SHARE park representative for Whiting Ranch Wilderness Park where he was recognized as an outstanding volunteer by OC Parks in 2012. Ken can be seen nearly every weekend leading volunteers in trail work and supporting mountain bike events.
