LCF Trail Stewardship | LCWP – Stagecoach South | June 3

Join SHARE Mountain Bike Club partners, the Laguna Canyon Foundation, in a trail stewardship day located in Laguna Coast Wilderness. Be part of maintaining the trails you love to ride.

We will also have another day to work on Stagecoach South Saturday June 3rd from 8:00 am to 12:00 at Laguna Coast Wilderness Park.  We will meet at the Dewitt House on Phillips Rd and shuttle to the Nix Nature Center to reduce our impact on the parking there.

SIGN UP IS REQUIRED! Click on “Register for Events” under the “Get Involved” tab on our website or follow this link:

Come prepared to work hard and get dirty! Work consists of digging, scraping and moving dirt, carrying rocks and other heavy objects, hiking up and down steep, rugged trails while carrying tools, cutting and moving brush and similar tasks.

These events are open to the public! Minors under the age of 17 are welcome to participate with the accompaniment of a responsible adult who understands what the work entails and judges it appropriate for that minor. Minors over 17 require a parent or guardian signature on the LCF Volunteer Waiver.

Please wear long pants, sturdy close-toed shoes and sun protection (hat, sunscreen, etc.). Please bring at least 2 liters of water (preferably in reusable containers) and work gloves (if you have them—we have some available for loan if not).
