SHARE has always been a big supporter of the 50 Mile Ride For Rwanda. Last year, SHARE volunteers supported one of the many aide stations and led the 10 mile ride option. This is a premiere event for Orange County mountain bikers.

Online registration is now open at https://50mileride.webconnex.com/registration2013

Details

Date: Saturday, April 27th 2013

Start / Finish: Cooks Corner, 19152 Santiago Canyon Rd., Trabuco Canyon CA

The Ride

This is a fundraising mountain bike ride – with an emphasis on FUN. The event features a choice of 50, 25 or 10 mile routes. Post-ride party and BBQ sponsored by Cook’s Corner. HUGE prize raffle – over $25,000 worth of cool stuff – donated by the generous sponsors. Plus massage therapists, bike expo and live music. Bring your friends and family to share in the fun!

The vision this year is to raise $100,000 this year for Rwanda, in support of World Bicycle Relief and Team Rwanda Cycling. This will be the 7th annual Rwanda Ride. The ride has raised over $320,000 for Rwanda so far – thanks to all the riders and generous sponsors.

See you all there!
