February 28th, 8:00am to 12:00pm
Caspers Wilderness Park monthly trail work day. Come join volunteers and staff to help maintain our trails for all to enjoy. Come prepared to work hard and give back to the park that we all love. This month we will be working on Quail Run Trail, Brushing, clearing Water Bars, Spillways and Treadwork! Because of the rain, the soil is still moist so trail work is much easier. We will be working with our hands, getting dirty and having fun! Trail work days are from 8am to 12pm on the last Sunday of every month. Meet at the parking lot near the entrance of Caspers. Snacks will be provided. Reservations required: 949.923.2208 or adam.shuck@ocparks.com
We may not have lunch this month due to funding, so please bring your own snacks.
Event Fee: Free
Parking Fee: Free
Please come prepared with plenty of water, snacks, boots, sunscreen, hat, gloves (if possible). If you have a special tool you like or gloves you can’t live without, please feel free to bring them.
